Our Fire Hydrant Operating Wrench is here! This wrench was designed by operators who use it for hours on end. Designed with the operator in mind, it increases efficiency and ease of use. It fits on a variety of operating nuts and a double sided spanner to connect valves and hose fittings, providing a single tool for all tasks related to operating a fire hydrant. This wrench is built to last and is ideal for contractors, operators, or fire fighters in areas with a variety of operating nuts or just to have the convenience of a single long lasting tool.
The wrench is laser cut for precise fit on a 1", 7/8", and 5/8" Pentagon operating nut as well as the three sided and Stortz Square. This allows for quick change to different sizes and types without the need for threaded adjustment.
The edges are beveled for a comfort fit handle and to reduce stress points on the wrench.
The wrench has been powder coated to prevent corrosion and extend the life.
The dual spanner gives the operator a quick transition from operating to adding fittings providing a single solution for operating Fire Hydrants.
